I am pleased to announce our engagement with Susan Pastore serving as CHORUS’ Business Development Director, effective March 20, 2017. Susan comes to CHORUS by way of the American Chemical Society, where she has served in several roles. Most recently, she was Senior Advisor in the Membership & Scientific Advancement Division, exploring new programming and services designed to expand ACS’s membership options for industry. She has also served as Director of International Sales for ACS’s Publications Division, managing sales and market development around the world for the ACS journal portfolio.

Over the course of her career, Susan has also served as Head of Enterprise Sales for Macmillan Digital Science, Director of Global Library Relations for Kluwer Academic Publishers, and V.P. of North American Sales and Marketing for Ex Libris. She holds an M.S. in Library and Information Science from Simmons College.

Susan will be responsible for business development, including driving membership growth, implementation of new services and building fundraising activities.
